Baking School Week Recap

In Cake Decorating, we learned to make flowers and borders with buttercream icing.

5 petal flowers and then I started making up my own.

Borders

I sort of made this one up. Not the ruffled look, but putting it over the edge like that.
In Baking class we made Brioche, Boston Cream Pies, and Creme Caramels. Wish I took pictures, but I was a little busy baking.
